Together with your supervisors, team leaders, managers and employees, we uncover what makes jobs energizing and what drains energy. Eventually this is preceded by a survey (Energy Compass) that quantifies energizers and stressors at the workplace. In Impact Workshops, participants learn how to have impact on their energy levels at work. They identify and prioritize impactful actions that are feasible and in line with organisational goals.
Before and during the workshop, we pay extra attention specifically to supervisors, team leaders and managers because they play a decisive role in engaging the workforce.
When open communication about work and well being is difficult, anonymous results of an employee survey may be a good starting point for the workshop.
