MTM is an employee work environment and engagement survey which has been developed over many years. Through our cooperation with research kommunities such as “Schaufeli” MTM is built on reliable and valid measures to gauge work engagement, engagement in the organisation, well-being at work as well as exhaustion and stress. Our benchmark (2017-2019) based on N=25 000 gives us valuable insight into what factors are associated with a healthy work environment. The fact that it is research based gives organisations the opportunity to also initiate workplace interventions that are based on sound reasearch and practice.
